Meet Hannah, aged 15.
Hannah entered care due to lack of appropriate supervision at home.
In the past, Hannah has suffered emotional, physical harm and neglect. She needs an understanding foster family who will support her with her confidence and help her develop her independence.
Hannah socialises well in school and enjoys activities with her carer but doesn’t feel comfortable going to groups on her own.
As Hannah is worried about moving on from foster care, she would need to stay with a foster carer who will allow her to stay in their home past the age of 18.
